Soaps
All of my soaps are handcrafted and homemade by me. There are no added chemicals and never tested on animals (just friends and family). My soaps are made with pure vegetable glycerin.
What is Glycerin?
Glycerin is a humectant, which
attracts moisture to your skin. Highly glycerinated soaps contain about
15%-20% pure glycerin. It has no drying qualities and leaves your skin
silky smooth. The emollient, skin-loving, & gentle nature
of my soap is especially good for tender skin & children.
How to take care of your glycerin
soaps.....
Because my soaps have a
high glycerin content, they will dissolve more rapidly in water than soaps with
less glycerin. If the bar of soap is left exposed to air over time, it will
attract moisture and "glisten" with beads of ambient moisture.
Place your glycerin soaps on a slotted soap dish.
This will allow the water to drain from the soap. If there is too much water on
the soap, it will start to gel.
If you have purchased decorative soaps for display only, you should
place them in a ziploc bag and squeeze the air out and store them in a cool, dry
place when not in use.
My soaps are made-to-order to ensure you receive the freshest product available.
There will be slight variations in colors which result in a truly unique selection of glycerin soap.
PLEASE NOTE: Because everybody is different, and even with pure and natural ingredients, some individuals may develop an allergic reaction that is unique to them. As with any product, be sure to discontinue use if you experience discomfort or other indications. The product may not be appropriate for your individual body chemistry.
