Payment Policy
Just Duckie Soaps accepts personal checks *, money orders, and major credit cards (through CCNow shopping cart service). We do not accept COD orders.
*If paying by personal check, shipment of your order will be delayed until funds have cleared my bank. Personal checks that are returned unpaid, for any reason, will be charged an additional $10.00.
If you would like to pay by personal check or money order, please email me directly for address to send to and make checks/money orders payable to: Just Duckie Soaps
Just Duckie Soaps ships most orders within 14 days of receipt of payment (all funds must be cleared before shipment). For larger orders, please allow an additional 14 days.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). You will be able to track your shipment through UPS.
Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of our products (with the exception of the “Smelly Jelly” jars), we cannot accept returns.
If you receive your order, and it is incorrect, please email customercare@justduckiesoaps.com immediately. I will correct your order immediately, at no extra charge to you.
Just Duckie Soaps requests customers to provide certain personal data such as name, address, phone number, and email address. I use this information to fill orders, as well as contacting customers.
This information is kept private and confidential.
I promise not to distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, or any purpose other than for my products.
